1. Preamble

The Customer or Tenant acknowledges that, prior to booking, read all of the following conditions and also acknowledges, have the capacity to enter into this contract.

The following terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions made on the web catalog AUTORENTIA, any order placed on this site assumes the client's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions, if the Customer or Tenant does not accept these Terms, he refuses it, and will then stop the booking process. Otherwise, the Client or Tenant acknowledges having read and understood these Terms and agree to them.

2. Conditions for rent

You must provide us with the delivery of the vehicle, with supporting documents and original:

  • A driving license valid for at least 24 months.
  • A passport.
  • A means of payment and deposit (Credit Card, Cash ... Etc..)

We do not keep the originals of these documents.

All drivers must be at least 23 years old and must hold a driving license, valid for at least 24 months.

3. Term of the lease / Extension

3.1. Method of calculation

The rental period is calculated per 24 hours, not split, from time to support the vehicle, however, you receive an allowance of three hours from which a further period of 24 hours is applied .

If you wish to extend your lease, you will have our prior agreement, once you have this agreement you should go to our agency to renew the contract and adjust the amount of additional rent.

In the case where it is will be difficult to get to our agency, a copy of the contract extension will be sent by mail or fax.

3.2. End of lease

Rent is considered complete at the time of return of the keys and car documents to our agent.

In case the vehicle is returned without papers or keys, duplicate charges will be billed to the customer.

We can in no way be held responsible for goods that have been left in the vehicle at the end of the lease.

4. Vehicle

4.1. Vehicle condition

You will receive a vehicle in running condition and clean, you should make sure before you leave the place of delivery that any apparent defect in the vehicle is listed on the lease, otherwise any apparent damage not listed on the lease the departure of the vehicle will not be considered and begat repair costs at your expense up to the franchise.

Except in the case where you have previously provided to our disaster services a statement to the court or states that you are not at fault. (See liability for damage section)

4.2. Use of the vehicle

5. Payment

6. Insurance / Liability for damage

All our vehicles are insured for all risk, however an excess of 10% and charged to the customer in case the partial or total liability is incurred.

We remind you that no recourse to insurance is only possible if the tenant does not present us with a Finding agreement or a finding of gendarmerie or police.

In the case of loss / theft of the vehicle, accessory or damage thereto by the customer's fault, or no fault of a third opponent (fortuitous accident during parking, collision with animal crossing the road, cart, non-automotive vehicle, ...), the customer must make a statement of the causes and circumstances, and indemnify us up to the franchise.

7. Modification

The change in Autorentia is free before taking charge of the vehicle

7.1. Change before the support vehicle

Any changes must be made ??via the client area, or by email customerservice@autorentia.com in a period not exceeding 12H before taking charge of the vehicle.

 N.B : We reserve the right to accept or reject the change according to the schedule of the vehicle subject to change.

  • If we accept the change, a new voucher will be available on your account, you must print and present on the day of delivery to our agent.
  • If we reject the amendment, the initial conditions of reservations remain valid and the voucher.

7.2. Change after taking charge of the vehicle

7.3. early return

8. Cancellation and unsupported vehicle (no show)

You can cancel your reservation until the last minute before the hour care without cause or justification of the vehicle.

The table below describes the fees due your refund :

Cancellation within 48 hours before over the management of the vehicle.

50% of the amount of the deposit paid online.

If canceled by the customer after hours care listed on the voucher,

Case of late presentation,
case of Non-compliance with lease terms (non submission of all documents, Credit Card problem ...)

No refunds.

Please note that these percentages are applied to the deposit paid online during the booking process and not on the total amount of the rental, the deposit is about 20% of the total cost of the rental.

To avoid these cancellation fees, we offer you the opportunity to obtain a credit for a period of 2 years, equal to the value of the deposit paid online.
The credit can be used on any car hire with Autorentia by phone only.

This credit is non-transferable, non-assignable and non-transferable, Beyond 2 years its value is zero and the corresponding amount charged by Autorentia then remain our property

9. Rate

The "total cost of the lease" communicated to the detail page of booking is that you would actually pay, there will be no surprises on the day of delivery.

Payment is made in two installment pay a deposit online on the field, and the rest will be paid the day of the management of the car to the officer to deliver you.

9.1 What is included in the price

9.2 What is not included in the price

Fines and violations:

The customer is solely responsible for any fines, and minutes drawn against him if he does not discharge the fines he has received during his stay, we will be entitled to demand payment of these fines .

If we receive fines after the departure of the customer, we reserve the right to provide the police or the gendarmerie all necessary information relating to the customer responsible for these fines.

In the case of a towing vehicle impounded due to bad customer parking or parking in a prohibited area, or any other cause resulting from the negligence of the tenant, only the client is responsible to carry out vehicle impounded by paying fines and completing all paperwork necessary to obtain the correct output.

10. Booking

The reservation process in AUTORENTIA is simple, the cars displayed in the search results are actually available.

Your car is guaranteed when you make payment for your reservation and receive the voucher, no cancellation from us is possible.

11. Protection of privacy

During the booking process, we will have to ask you to provide us with information, some are mandatory (indicated by an asterisk on our website) because they are required to process your booking, others which are optional will help us better serve you, this information will be of no way transferred to a third party.

The information in your credit card used for payment of your reservation are not communicated, stored or transmitted in any stage of the process autorentia.com.
