1. Rental Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the rental agreement between Auto Rentia ("Company") and the renter ("Customer"). By confirming a booking, the Customer agrees to these terms in full.
2. Driver Requirements
The Customer and any additional drivers must: • Be at least 21 years old. Drivers aged 21–24 are subject to a Young Driver Surcharge of €5 per day. • Hold a valid driving licence issued at least 12 months prior to rental. • Present original documents at pickup (EU licence, or national licence + International Driving Permit for non-EU drivers). • Present a valid passport or national ID.
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon written or electronic acceptance by Auto Rentia. A security deposit is pre-authorised at pickup: €150 (compact/hatchback), €200 (sedan), €300 (SUV/premium). Released within 3–5 business days after undamaged return.
4. Vehicle Use
The Customer agrees to: • Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes on public roads in Morocco. • Not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing medication. • Not smoke inside the vehicle (€100 cleaning fee applies). • Obtain written permission before taking the vehicle outside Morocco.
5. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned full. If returned with less fuel, the Customer is charged for the missing fuel at current Moroccan pump rates plus a €15 service fee.
6. Insurance & Liability
All rentals include mandatory Third-Party Liability (TPL) insurance. The Customer is liable for vehicle damage up to the security deposit amount unless Full CDW insurance has been purchased. The Company accepts no liability for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
7. Cancellation & Modification
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to one full day's rental fee. No-shows are charged one full day's rental. Modifications are subject to vehicle availability.
8. Return of Vehicle
The vehicle must be returned to the agreed location at the agreed time. Late returns are charged at the daily rate prorated by the hour.
9. Accidents & Breakdowns
In the event of an accident: do not admit liability; collect all other party details; photograph the scene; contact Auto Rentia immediately on +212 600 000 000. Do not arrange independent repairs.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
